Wedding venue marketing

The couples are already planning.

We build you an audience of people actively planning a wedding in your market, refreshed every week and yours to keep. Run it wherever you already advertise. And you see exactly which websites it came from, which nobody else in this business will show you.

See what your market looks like

01 · The problem

Retargeting only reaches couples who already found you.

Everyone knows retargeting works. The catch is that it only reaches people who already came to your site, and for most venues that pool is too small to run a real campaign against. So you end up paying to reach the same few hundred couples who were going to call you anyway. Meanwhile your prospecting targets age ranges and interests, which is a polite way of saying guessing, and most wedding venue advertising comes down to every venue in town bidding on the same directory listings at the same time.

02 · What you get

An audience you own, not a report you read.

Three things arrive, and the first one is the point. Everything here is yours to use on any channel you already run.

01

The audience

People showing in-market behavior for a wedding in your radius. Refreshed every week. People who never respond drop out, new matches come in, and the list keeps growing. It is yours. Load it into Meta, Google, your email platform, or hand it to whoever answers your phone.

02

The source list

The complete roster of websites your audience was built from, with the share each one contributes. If a site looks wrong for your business, say so and we remove it. If you know where your couples spend time, tell us and we look at adding it.

03

The pixel

A tag on your site that identifies visitors, including the ones who never fill out a form. That builds a second list, your own traffic, growing the whole time you are running.

03 · Where it comes from

We are not asking you to trust a black box, because we are not giving you one.

Every other company selling intent data hands you a score and asks you to believe it. We hand you the roster: the actual list of websites your audience was built from, and what share of it each one contributed. Dress retailers, planning sites, registry sites, local blogs, whatever is actually in there. You can add to it and you can cut from it. If you want to know why a name is on your list, the honest answer is on one page you can read in a minute.

04 · What a real one looks like

A current Houston audience, in numbers.

1,923 people in the Houston market. Every one of them with a personal email on file. 93 percent with a mobile number. Names, city, and age range on better than nine in ten. That is the file, not a summary of the file, and you get the same accounting of yours before you decide whether it is worth having.

Audience measured September 11, 2026. It is rebuilt every week, so the count moves.

05 · What it did

One venue group, eighteen days in.

The campaign started September 1. In the first eighteen days it produced 170 inbound leads, and the group has closed business off them. They are forecasting ten weddings booked this month against a capacity of eight, which means they are now taking bookings faster than they can hold them.

One of their venues is fully booked through 2026 and 2027. Their smallest venue is sold out for most of both years. Their newest venue hosts its first wedding on October 3 and is filling behind it.

Being straight about what produced that, because it matters to what you are buying. We have worked with this group's owners for seven years, and what we do for them now goes well past an audience. We build the audience. We run their Meta advertising against it, and their Google Ads run against the same audience. We do their SEO and answer engine work, so organic is filling the same pipeline from the other side. And we helped them onboard their CRM and coached their sales team on how to use it and how to close with it.

So this is both sides of the coin plus the sales floor, and that is a seat earned over seven years rather than bought on a first call. Buying the audience buys the input. It decides who you are talking to, it is the hard part, and it is the piece everything else on that list is aimed at. It is not everything on that list.

Figures as of September 18, 2026.

06 · Audience, not list

This is an audience. It is not a list.

A list is selected on who someone is. An audience is selected on what someone is doing. Attributes do not expire, which is why a list is sold once and starts rotting the day it arrives. Behavior does expire, which is why an audience has to be rebuilt every week to stay true.

So people leave yours on purpose. A list of engaged couples bought in January is a list of married people by December, and you paid for all of it. A wedding audience empties itself every week and refills, because everybody in it is supposed to get married and go. If nobody ever left, you would know it was broken.

07 · What this is not

The part most companies leave out.

These are not leads

Nobody filled out a form and nobody raised a hand. This is an audience of people whose behavior says they are planning, which is earlier and different than an inquiry. Treat it like an audience and it works. Treat it like a lead list and you will be disappointed.

We cannot pinpoint one person to one website

We know what the list is made of and in what proportion. We do not know which single site any one person came from, and anyone who tells you they can is overselling.

Not every visitor can be identified

Bots and unidentifiable traffic are real. The pixel names a meaningful share of your traffic, not all of it.

We do not run your campaigns

You keep the people you already work with. Your ads person gets better targets to aim at instead of a new vendor to argue with. If you want help with the campaigns later, that is a separate conversation.

08 · One venue per metro

Houston is taken.

An audience only helps you if your competitor down the road does not have the same one. So we build it for one venue per market. Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio are open as of this writing.

09 · The first step

Ask us what your market looks like.

We will tell you how many people are planning a wedding in your radius right now and which sites they are on. That conversation is free and it is useful whether or not you buy anything.
